Cantamar and Tecate.

The climate in that area is best described as "Mediteranean".
It is very similar to San Diego, and people there think
it is just about perfect. Temperatures rarely go above 85
degrees F., or below 50 degrees F., year round. The cool
pacific waters moderate temperatures here, a few miles inland
temperatures are higher in the Summer.
