Andrew has been riding motorcycle from an early age and is in the saddle any chance he can get. A multi time race participant in the Tecate Score Baja 1000 and Baja-500 and many other desert races. In this 2010 Baja 500, the race number 109X has finished a strong 2. in the Pro Class and a 4. overall. He knows best that a tour is not a race and that not all folks are at his speed. But when challenged he will get back to the hotel first! Andrew has been with CMA for 4 years and loves the more advanced motorcycle tour groups to Mike’s Sky Ranch and Ensenada, but is also is our main family guide. His great knowledge about Baja-trails is only matched by a very frew Baja California, Mexico riders.
Guide & Fleet Manager: Waldo – Desert Racer
A passionate off road race car driver and Baja race loving agile fun man. He has been with our company for 6 years, so if you have ever been on tour with us before then chances are that you meet him. Growing up in his native country Mexico makes him the perfect guide for down there. No one can fix a flat tire faster than him on the remote Baja trails. He will make sure your motorcycle or ATV is in top condition before you trow a leg over it. When he does not guide ATV or dirt bike tours, he races the Tecate Score races surfs the waves in front of his house in Mexico.
Half-Day-Tour Specialist: Jim
A cool, mellow and steady motorcycle rider from Virgina now lives in San Diego to live his dream of being an adventure man. Jim will take care of you on your from your very first time on a motorcycle or ATV all the way to the end of the day when he hands your moist towel to wipe of that dust.
Office and Logistics Manager: Nicole.
Nicole is the jewel of our office. When you call in she will be there, energetic and very knowledgeable about dirt bikes and off roading. You can trust her suggestions on what bike to ride, what destination to go to. Guys, she will instantly detect if you like to BS her about your riding skills. Keep it real! She will tread you just as nice if you have never ridden before!

Kathy, corporate event planner – Project and Program Manager She will organize your corporate ATV and dirt bike outing in San Diego. She also specializes in incentive tours, team building activities, product launches and much more.
Baja Mexico Guide, Philipe.
Always a smile, a full tank and a lots of miles on a dirtbike is what this man makes a huge asset to our company. He has also been with us for 5 years and knows the ins and outs of Baja. Rosarito to Ensenada and over to Gonzage Bay is a no-brainer for Phil.
Keeping up with todays world, our latest Guide training included to Race the Baja 1000 last fall. Preparing for the upcoming Baja 500 (We have 3 of our guides competing in this though 18 hour long race).
Two guys are on a Honda CRF450X and one guy in a Buggy. Last summer we did the ACCC Race in Austria. It got a little dirty..on a KTM 450. Further we just had our first aid training refreshed.
Four of our members where part of our South America tour in Peru and Bolivia…
Our guides were Dirt Bike and Atv riders for all their life. They can move and are also great in showing a new-comer the very baby-steps. They will not ask anything impossible or unsafe from the people that they are entrusted with …enjoy!
Where the company comes from: In 1997 an ATV racer and multi champion rider name Alex thought that others would want to try this great sport and started this adventure travel company here in San Diego. Later on (in 1999) Steven, a AMA Pro racer wsa hired and letsATV.com added Dirt Bikes to the company and California Motorsport Adventures was formed into today’s company. Operation a big fleet of off road bikes and quads in SoCal and shipping them all over the world for off road challenges on other continents.
