CALIFORNIA MOTORSPORT ADVENTOURS is gearing up for famous Baja 1000 that is just around the corner. This time we want YOU to join us as we party hard and ride even harder! Witness first hand the awesomeness of the caliber of vehicles and riders participating in the Baja 1000 this year. Many of our guides will be participating in this years and have prepared for it by participating in the Baja 500 earlier this year. For those of you not familiar with the Baja 1000, it is a 1000 mile off-road race that takes place in Baja California every fall. The event includes a variety of vehicles including motorcycles, buggies, trucks, quads, production vehicles and more. This famous off road racing covers a thousand miles of desert, bush, pavement and rock trail along the Baja California peninsula, in Mexico. The terrain is not the only hazard the racers encounter. They also have to contend with the livestock wandering into the path of racers and booby traps set by some spectators. This year the race begins and ends on the streets of the already lively city of Ensenada. Ask our office about or customized tours that consist of riding and observing the Baja 1000. It truly is an experience.

Baja 1000 Tour Option 1
» Day 1

8:00-8:30 am Depending on your personalized tour arrangements, our friendly guide will pick you up at either your choice of hotel. Meet our guide, board the van and we are on our way! Take the time to watch the scenery pass by, there are some very unique notable sites to view.

9:30 a.m. Arrival at our track in the mountains & distribution of gear bags; your professional tour guide will give you detailed instructions on your chosen ATV or dirt bike. Kick up some dirt and get comfortable on the vehicles. This time is used a free ride, so enjoy. .Don’t forget to bring your camera!

11:00am. Once you’re comfortable racing around the track, it will be time to start the 60 mile journey down to Ensenada which happens to be the be the hub of the Baja 1000. The terrain will be mountainous and a bit rocky but the views and trails will be breathtaking. Hang on!

1:00pm. Worked up an appetite? Now it’s time to stop for a simple yet delicious lunch at one of our favorite taco stands. Enjoy a taco or two and a cold refreshing soda. Back on the road…

4:00pm. Arrival in Ensenada. After a full day of riding you will be excited to check into our centrally located hotel and enjoy a hot shower. Hopefully you kept enough energy to go out and enjoy some the nightlife. The city will be bustling with people, on the eve of the Baja 1000. Keep your eye out for famous racers such as Jesse James and Patrick Dempsey.

» Day 2

7:00 a.m. Wake up early and go check out the starting point of the race. You will be surrounded by deluxe dirt bikes, trophy trucks, Baja buggies and much more. Flying overhead will be helicopters sponsored by the big
racing teams.
Around 11:00 a.m. It’s time to hop back on the bikes for our Journey back to our home base. There are a few different trails we can take on the way back if you are up to more of a challenge. This is your tour, we are here mostly to maintain safety and ensure fun and adventure.

4:00 p.m. Riding Ends. Well done, after your solid day of riding we will have worn you out! Now is the time to say good by to the ATV’s, Motorcycles and the great riding in Baja California Mexico.

Hungry after a 2 solid days of riding? You have the option to stop by Puerto Nuevo’s Lobster Village for a great lobster dinner and a margarita or two.

Space is limited for these tours and reservations should be made well in advance as hotels have limited space during the race.
