Come Ride with Us on Memorial Day
Break out! Do something to remember! Bring your posse and break a sweat on our Half-Day San Diego or Full-Day Baja ATV/Motorcycle tours in Southern California or even Mexico (after you’ve paid your respects to our veterans of course).
Don’t fall for the same ‘ol tourist traps. I mean the Pacific Beach boardwalk is nice, but it’s, well, boring compared to revving your engines and riding the off-road trails in San Diego’s nearby mountains. Yes, the weather is nice this time of year but it’s not hot enough for sunbathing or swimming in the big blue. It’s better to do something you’ll remember forever with your family or friends on our quads or motorcycles. If you can’t get the beach off your brain, then this half-day trip is for you. Ride in the morning, and you can be at the beach by around 2pm. Or motor in the afternoon, and you can be at the beach for the sunset, fire pits and brews.
Stay away from the stale and motor with Let’s ATV in Mexico for a day. See and experience new cultures. Our private ranch, with 2 racetracks, gets your heart pumping before you head out on the trails where it will really pound. We’ll leave the beach and head toward the mountains. Then break for lunch, I mean REAL Mexican food, not the watered-down version we have here. A native of this beautiful country makes fresh tortillas and tacos for us.
After lunch, it’s decision time. Head up into the rugged mountains or go to the sand dunes. They each have their appeal. The expert guides will help you decide based on your age and skill level. The sevrice and guides are great. They make sure you don’t worry about the details before you take off for your 6+ hours of riding. They will meet you at the border or even pick you up at your hotel to get on our vans. All of the gear you need is provided–helmets, goggles and gloves. If you want to be fully decked out, then pants and jersey are available for rent. Oh yeah, they provide water too.
Oh well, there is one detail you need to deal with. Remember your passport. You will need it to get across the international border between the United States and Mexico. If you don’t have your passport yet, go to your main post office or contact the where to get my passport site for more information.

We had the time of our lives. I had never ridden ATV’s, but my boyfriend is an expert. Our guide, Andrew, took the time to show me the basics and he was so patient with me, yet still made sure that the “expert” had a great time. The scenery was beautiful, amazing actually. All the locals and other staff were fantastic and I just can’t recommend it enough. As a mechanic, my guy noted repeatedly that the equipment was maintained superbly. By the end of the day, I felt good enough to keep up with the big boys, Andrew was such a great teacher. In addition, during the drive to and from the location, he acted as a tour guide, continue

South America. The unique place that is not that for from my home in San Diego via a 7h hour flight from LA. Going to South America came true due to an repeat client from Moscow that needed the letsATV vehicles and services for one of his VIP trips.
So when he called us and said hey. “Send me 20 bikes to Lima” …just to go riding in Peru and then to cross into Bolivia and later Chili i was quiet excited and also scared of the unknown. The customs, security there and while the bikes are being shipped. So at this point I am sitting over a great covina cebiche across the street from Kennedy Park in the Shehadi Restaurant in Miraflores district in Lima Peru. And the bikes made it back fine and are sitting cosy in a container on a supersize vessel with all the other goods that are being exported from this lovely country
into the United States.
Having experienced this nice trip i first want to thank our friend Sasha for using our bikes, second i want to thank our Team at www.letsATV.com for all the overtime we had to put in when riding 250 miles off road per day and then still fix all the vehicles for the next day… And all this at 12,000 feet elevation. I also want to say thank you to all the helpers to clear customs, get things organized and the many hotel owners we meet. A special thanks to Hotel Cantayo Spa in Nazca for keeping our ATV’s there for 2 weeks.
You may ask What have we seen?
We started in Lima with our bikes still in a pick up truck but shortly after Lima we hit the dirt to go to Ica. In Huachina we stayed at Hotel Mossone to get an early start to cross all the dunes to get to the Pacific Coast. An incredible ride which included sand dunes, dunes out of gravel, petrofied sand dunes, dunes that are so tall that at full throttle my Honda CRF450X cannot make. It simply runs out of power! You will not get stuck but the engine just can’t make it. It feels like riding a Honda 250EX up comp-hill in Glamis.

So that is some done riding in tell you. In the late afternoon we arrived at the ocean. What an incredible sight when we were atop a 400 meter dune (1200 ft) that ends on the beach!
Once at the beach we set up camp and put our sleeping bags in a huge cave, and some great food and went riding to explore some of the highest dunes i ever seen.
With many tries we managed to get up a dune that was 800m straight from the beach. The top of this dunes was in the clouds. Once we got up there we got pretty cold and decided to drop down about 200m to overlook the ocean, the dunes and the sunset. I have never seen / done anything like that with a motorcycle before. Ica dunes rock!
The next day will hold many surprise for us..but we did not know about that just yet in our beach camp while going to sleep in our cave… to be continued.
